Put everything in water proof bags. Canoes tip. Mine did! Dehydrated food is light. First aid kit, every thing and anything for bugs, compass .. phones are dodgy, there’s too many things to mention. 😂

Work in a bakery, and we cold ferment for 24 hours in the fridge, let it come to room temp, score and bake…turn out lovely-every time!
