My mother and I after my father died moved from wanted to move from Long Beach up to work I was living in Chino in Fontana California we went to this house she wanted she was sold her house and she wanted to move in by the house up here we went to this house this lady manager with the realtor she looked around the front she goes well I’d have to remove these plans they gotta go and the woman so she can’t move any any plants at all she was and she just kind of scrubbed it wrong then we went in the house looked at the small little house be perfect for walked in the kitchen that or was looking wallpaper I’ve ever seen and she goes the first thing we’ll do if she looked at me first thing I’ll do is tear all this ugly paper roll out of here and put something nice in here and the woman turned into my mom says you can’t touch the walls you could paint them but you gotta paint them to the right the same color or approved HUA colors and my mom what do you mean HOA this is an HOA area are you gonna buy it or are you just gonna complain about it that’s that lady said my mom and you don’t say that to my mom she goes listen here BITCHI by this house it’s my house I’ll do anything I want to this house the backyard or anything and you can stick it right up where the sun doesn’t shine and I was dumb but she said I didn’t I couldn’t even speak it was so bad but like mom let’s go let’s go get something to eat and we’ll find another house you’re looking at this one you know it’s a good price and my mom turned around to that lady and says it may be a good price but to have you telling me what to put in my house what colors I have to have you just ruin your price but have a nice day
