@yapwithhala: Work-life balance is one of Kevin O’Leary’s hardest positions on entrepreneurship. He argues that building at the highest level never sets the founder free: success creates more work, family time becomes a real sacrifice, and the trade is made in exchange for financial freedom. The clip works because it does not hide the cost behind motivational language. It forces a practical question about ambition, partnership, parenting, and what “providing” actually means. His answer is clear, but it is not the only credible answer—and that tension is exactly why founders and families will disagree. Is buying your family financial freedom worth giving up much of your time with them? Watch the full episode on YouTube. Link in bio. #WorkLifeBalance #Entrepreneurship #FounderLife #BusinessMindset
Exact reason why my wife and I don’t have kids right now is because we are completely focused on business. Grinding for the next 10 to 15 years and in case we decide to adopt down the road, we have the means and resources to give them the life they deserve with both of us present and not having to be raised by other people.
