As soon as I notice I can overly smell every scent and the lights are to bright, I know I’m screwed lol. It’s why I take my rescue meds everywhere with me

This is so true. I know if I start having trouble speaking, my words coming out like a drunk, Excessive yawing I will have a migraine within the next few days.

But when do I have to take triptans? I usually wait till I have pain, but at that point the pain won’t go away completely. I get sharp fast pain behind my head or on my temple few hours before the migraine, but I usually wait because I’m not sure how hard the attack s gonna be

covid took my sense of smell a couple years ago. The yawning for no reason and severe dizziness tells me whats next. its taken a while for me to realize though.

my every day is like this 😭 at least twice a week i get the debilitating pressure in my face that it hurts to breathe 🙃 but I never know how bad its going to be bc they come on while im sleeping usually

I have learned: when the survey asks how many migraine days per month, I include the prodrome and postdrome days because that’s when the most symptoms are happening

Yawning. I start yawning like crazy. Not regular yawns, but these over exaggerated bad boys that make my eyes pop out my head. Then I just forget how to do words. It’s like having to speak in another language that the DuoLingo Owl didn’t teach me 😂

What is the problem when you have migraine aura/symptoms for days before the actual attack? is this normal. it's like i have pre symptims then tye attack, a few days reprieve then starts all over again.

the yawning! when it is constant, I mean one yawn ends and the next is literally seconds later its time to find them meds!! my husband calls it my "migraine basking shark"

I dont get auras like that. one of my big tells is when I start yawning uncontrollably in a very short span of time. and I see shadow spots around the edges of my vision

These are what I’m trying to catch. Yesterday when I logged onto work my eyes were stiff, struggling to focus and my head just felt foggy, but otherwise I was fine, so I took a Ubrelvy 100 mg just in case and I feel great today 😀
