Had the same issue on my E46 with a Fenix radiator. ended up cutting out one of the plastic supports on that side that holds the radiator up a bit. Will slide in and should be held enough to stay stable. It's a bit jank but it gets everything to line up and seems to hold well

Anyone else peeped bro’s zip tie on the radiator to d chassis😂? E46 radiator seats are v weak so If u don’t do that u gon be driving some day n that tank will slide real close to those pulleys n they won’t hesitate to destroy it as they’re spinning. Take it from me who’s made that mistake on n on till I zip tied mine
