Nectarines are an absolute fkn favorite. The trick is to put half of them in the fridge after they’ve ripen! They stay in that state much longer then. Just take a few out at a time afterwards and you’re set 👌🏻

I made nektarine marmalade with my leftover nektarines. very much recommend. (nektarine pieces, lemon juice, jamsugar(gelesocker) and boil on low. add vanilla.

I keep a few nectarines at room temperature and the rest in the fridge so they're not all ripe on the same day. Won't claim it's a perfect solution, but my brain at least buys the trick 😅

I did my research on sugar free soda bc I wanted to know if they were safe and I learned that unless you drink 3-4 liters of sugar free soda everyday you’ll be fine (otherwise, you’re destroying your teeth)
