My brother the prv has a built in non return so no need for a non return before prv,if your system is not balanced then you install a nin return on the hot water line to avoid back pressure into the cylinder,no 90dgrs bends on all safety discharge pipes,your prv must be higher that the electrical point to avoid syphoning,your electrical isolator must be a meter away from water points,you must only have an isolation valve for the cylinder only,your tp discharge must be all the way to the ground,install insulation
