Many people mistake happiness for peace of mind god knows I did for half my life then one day it completely clicked and I saw everything so much clearer. Can’t hold onto a fleeting emotion and that’s what every emotion is.. let it all pass. Can’t accept the bad without the good and vice versa. OCD & mental health can be triggered by pathogens that create neuro inflammation. Strep/ chronic strep can trigger OCD, PANS/PANDAS. Lyme, Bartonella & Babesia can also cause mental health problems. Look up Ally Hilfiger.
