Sorry, you can't "regrow" gums. Regeneration of gum, bone and the ligament that holds teeth in position is a complex biological procedure. Think of all of the cells that are involved in holding your teeth in position. If you think a $2 mouthwash can undo actual destruction.....

they don't! you can get that surgically fixed by a periodontist, but, gums lost due to gum disease ain't coming back on their own.

I had a mouth injury that caused the gum to shrink way back Exposed so much of the tooth that craft was recommended. I couldn't afford it It's been 10 years and the gum has indeed grown back about 80%

I didn’t realise it was controversial my dentist had to cut away some of my gum to reach and fix my tooth and said don’t worry the gum will heal and regrow as long as you are healthy and keep the gums healthy so straight from professionals mouth?
