Here in Ireland there’s milk called protein milk avonmore is the brand name. Does protein yogurt & that count also ?

Am on start of week four. 2mg a week, micro-dosed into 1mg every 3.5 days. Eating cleaner than I ever have, in the gym every day, 7-8 hours of unbroken sleep a night. I’ve lost 10lbs in these 3 weeks. Is that about right?🤔
