but i agree with him though. it is ABOUT the interest rates if he managed to manage the economy in sich a way aka cpi down iinflation down th fed able to cut, it JUST might work. BUT how to acheive it we dont know only he knows.

I pay 1k a month for rent, I'm sticking with renting for now. The extra money I save is for the stock market 👍 . Houses are way too expensive 🙃

I don’t think the bill would make a difference in home prices because Blackstone owns less than 1% of rental homes.

its all a scam. new apartments are like 300 - 500sqft. its just so the city/state can make more money and cram more people into smaller boxes. all under the "affordable" and "more housing" propaganda without actually reducing any rents. smaller and smaller boxes with more people is "helping".
