No but I think instructors like should design the class so you’re not so up and down all the time. Like start standing and finish on the mat. Like it’s safer and better for you

I’m an instructor, and last night I had to step out of the room three times. Once to turn on the fans, once to turn off the heaters, and AGAIN to grab myself a cold towel. Don’t ever be embarrassed!

I FOUND MY PEOPLE! I started taking in lifesavers, mints or a hi chew. Literally just 1 or 2 just in case. It has helped me so much✨✨

Ahh I def recommend eating a fast carb snack no more than an hour prior & also sipping on either coconut water, liquid IV, or LMNT etc throughout class! The latter is a MUUUST with how hard you’re working & how much you sweat to help replenish your electrolytes 💗

I just squat and pretend I’m taking a really long drink of water before I slowly know I can stand again, then I have to take a moment while standing before my head feels like I can move on again. In my sculpt class the teacher always says get your head above your heart, but my cardiologist actually tells me to remain lying down and put my legs in the air to get the blood back to my head. 🫠
