@chefthombateman: Classic Tartare Sauce… 1 shallot finely diced 1 large gherkin diced 2 tbsp capers chopped Handful of flat leaf parsley chopped Handful of dill finely chopped 2 eggs yolks 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp sherry vinegar Pinch of salt 200ml approx of veg oil Make the mayonnaise by whisking the egg yolk, mustard and vinegar with a pinch of salt. Stream in the oil while whisking until the mayonnaise forms Add all your chopped and diced bits. Simple and delicious with fish and chips or just chips in my case #sauce #tartare #mayonnaise
