Not being able to go to the bathroom by yourself is definitely the worst part and the boredom and you always end up restless when you can’t get out of bed too. Keep making lists of things you want to do when you get out of rehab and get home. That helped me and it was so fun to check things off the list when I got home. It felt like I kept hitting these milestones and it made life so much better. I looked forward to everything and learned to appreciate the smallest things in life. It’s going to be different and there will be days that you get frustrated that you can’t do it the way you used to, but when you figure out your new way it’s the best feeling in the world.
