George what can be done to refute the other side of this position to support employees? Too many influencers are pushing the idea that employees need to be more committed and take less time off and hustle more. Which means some people are listening to this line of thinking. But as an employee this feels authoritative not supportive. How do we move to more of your thoughts and less of these toxic thoughts?

I’m just realising but do people actually give their numbers willingly to the managers to be contacted outside of working hours? The only form of communication I have with managers in my work is through email and even then they can only send me emails about meetings etc I can’t reply anything I wanna communicate needs to wait till I’m in work the next day 😂😂
