How to manage a shoulder injury, it's not that serious. First, my side delt was injured during a muscle up. I didn't do any shoulder or bench exercises for 9 days. Took medications, went to the physiotherapist. I still don't know, how to manage it. Should I take a complete rest?

Dr Mike! I Am currently doing 2 hard working sets all out failure of incline smith. For my upper pecs, i have tried incline dumbbell as well, low to high flys but nothing worked. I cannot grow my upper pecs as compared to My Mid to lower pecs. any advice???
