i love the physics in this method. going to the right side to find the RO, your sound wave will be absorbed by gas and bowel, air=high attenuation. But by moving to the left, you’re able to use the bladder as a window for sound waves to travel through fluid=low attenuation and help you find those ovaries !!

I find my ovaries in transverse first then use the different windows to see them better! Make sure to have a full bladder!
