once forgot to put oil in my muffins (essentially no fat) they were the hardest things i ever baked. now i understand what fat is for. the softer u want ur baked goods to be the more fat u need.

one time I made snickedoodles but accidentally only added about 1/3 the flour needed and ended up with soup in the oven 😅 anytime I mess up in the kitchen now my husband says "at least its not the snickerdoodle incident"
