It just makes you hungrier and gives you fake confidence. Fix the food first. Use cardio as the multiplier. 2️⃣ Eating like a bodybuilder when you’re not one Huge meals, 6 meals a day, and “clean bulks” don’t suit real life. You’ve got work, stress, kids, and 4 hours sleep. Your plan should match your lifestyle, not your TikTok feed. 3️⃣ Hiding behind “clean eating” Bro… almonds are still calories. Olive oil is still calories. Granola is still calories. “Healthy” doesn’t mean “fat loss friendly.” Portion control wins. 4️⃣ Skipping meals to feel disciplined Skipping breakfast isn’t discipline. It’s just delaying the binge until 9pm when you’re eating the fridge door. 5️⃣ Avoiding vegetables If your meals are low volume, you’ll never feel full. Veg gives you fibre, gut health, and satiety without blowing calories.
