I'm looking to get a credit card soon to build credit as I have no credit currently and so far what I've been told is that I should only spend what I can afford to spend, that I should not use more than 30% percent (if I remember correctly) of my cards limit, and to just make sure to pay it off the day my payment is due to avoid interest, can you verify these tips and provide any others you think are important for someone going for their first credit card?

Absolutely insane to me that people even think they just don’t need to pay every back in full every month. Like it’s not free money🤔

I am the type that always pays off the statement balance. But I just started working for a bank about a month ago and have learned all about how interest works by seeing this happen in real time in other people's account. I have made it my mission to educate as many clients as I can about interest and how it works. Can you please do a video on how interest is calculated daily and how to use that to your advantage if you cannot fully pay the statement balance?
