Absolutely unreal. ✅ What you’ll need ✅ 1 whole cooked rotisserie chicken (or around 800-900g cooked shredded chicken) ✅ 8 slices medallion bacon, cooked until crispy ✅ 250g Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt ✅ 2 tbsp hot sauce ✅ 100g Low Fat Grated Cheddar ✅ 35g diced pickled jalapeños ✅ 2 tbsp ranch seasoning ✅ 8 protein wraps Creamy Jalapeño Ranch ✅ 250g Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt ✅ 2 tbsp light mayonnaise ✅ 2 tbsp finely chopped pickled jalapeños ✅ 1 tbsp jalapeño brine ✅ 1 tbsp ranch seasoning ✅ Splash of water to loosen ⸻ ✅ Method Crisp up the bacon and chop it into little bits. Chuck the shredded chicken into a bowl. Add the bacon, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, Low Fat Grated Cheddar, jalapeños and ranch seasoning. Mixy mixy motherf**ker! In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, light mayo, jalapeños, jalapeño brine, ranch seasoning and a splash of water until smooth. Spread the chicken filling into your protein wraps.
