It looks perfectly painted, but a 25Ω resistor is literally a ghost standard lmao. Standard rows go 24 and then straight to 27. Someone at the factory was definitely making their own rules here.

3rd band is not a multiplier. It's the number of zeros. Red green brown would be 250 ohm. Red green red would 2.5k etc
