I just went thru a health scare that required weeks of waiting for different tests. Whenever I would wake up in the middle and start spiraling I would just sing this on repeat in my head until I fell back to sleep and then sing in once out loud in the morning with the taps when I got back from my morning walk. Today I got word it's all benign. Thank you for teaching this .
