No, thank you for posting the subtle traits. I love my father, but he is 100% a narcissist. My mother is still with him and it's really hard to see. Part of the issue is because for a long time, she didn't believe that he was a narcissist even though he was diagnosed. He convinced her the therapist was just in love with her and trying to break them up. He's not physically abusive, he doesn't yell, he isn't grandiose and self absorbed. if you look online, he doesn't really fit the bill. But the emotional abuse, the control, the condescension, the manipulation, it's all there. I didn't know for years, I thought it was all normal, because he isn't overtly abusive in the classical way. We knew he was kind of a jerk, but he clearly loves us, right? These videos are incredibly eye opening to my family and I. Thank you for posting.
