5.6km/h, first 30 mins incline 12, then another 30 mins incline 11.5, speed 5.3. It’s good and with calorie deficite you can lose up to 5kgs a month OR eat around 700kcal more than usual to maintain

Ive been going to gym 4 months now and recently found out i was doing it all wrong. Been doing 30 min HIT before doing weights. Also, been busting a guy on treadmill/ ex bike to burn fat. And doing high reps with lighter weights. Changed all that this week
