Check the a schools in the neighborhood, parks, and the neighborhood. That’s how I determined which house I wanted to buy. Obviously the homes all had the qualifications that I wanted but look at schools and others thing the neighborhood had made me decide on the home. Even if you do homeschool now, your kids might decide to actually attend school once they are older. Just my advice 😊

The 3rd and 5th are my favorites lol the only thing is not having a fence but it’s an investment that can be made down the line. All the houses were beautiful in their own way and I’m sure you guys went with what worked best for you bendiciones y suerte para ustedes in this new endeavor! ❤️

Yeah sorry I could not be any help 😭I’m more of a modern/rustic. All the houses was giving the doctors office vibes and not homey. Make sure you get a good inspector!
