Post transcription modification happens differently for different cell types in eukaryotes. Your liver can make a different version of a protein than your eye can from the same DNA.

Do biologists know what an overloaded method is in programming? Every time I hear about another breakthrough in DNA I know of the exact same system in programming. DNA = Class Object, RNA = instantiated object, The instantiated exposes the library of methods (ribosome). Over loaded methods are required when the same method needs to be run but there are different starting conditions. eg. Construction Method, this method runs at the start of the instantiated object, but this method will do different things depending on if a string comes in or two integers, or a dataset. Read up on OOP. Message me, I'll explain better if you're interested.
