Yeah I’m way against it. Minimum wage is still 7.25 here in Idaho. But you can actually afford to live here and the majority of people make more than that. I make 25.55 so if they just raised minimum wage to that I’d be a little upset

Federal minimum wage is for federal jobs . A state minimum wage is for all other jobs .

@ggruen76: Yeah, Illinois raised their minimum wage to $15 an hour. They set up a deal like this a dollar increment raise every year. When It was approved everything else we buy doubled within six months. Everything in Illinois went up!! It was pointless!!

What do you think about this? where I live it's $15 an hour minimum wage. I'm not understanding how it's $7.25 an hour and you could even live on that, so I definitely agree with it ✌✌✌

thats pointless, cuz by the time it gets there inflation will have caught up to it, greedy companies will have adjusted and the rest of us who maybe make decent money will all be closer to minimum wage.... what they need to do is stop the gouging and stop the tax breaks and put an end to these companies record billion dollar profits, and stop all these insane taxes the common folk are forced to pay.....and now not 13 years from now

What Im reading is we have 6 years of steady price increases, if this is passed, to match the wage to profit margin or more kiosks being implemented in daily buisness to reduce or eliminate paid employees. Did we really think this through or are we going on feelings again? I cant tell anymore.

the pay needs to match the job and skills not but mandatory for a entry level job these are for kids and stuff not supporting a family on 24 hours a week thats ridiculous it will drive up the cost of everything
