@capitalmanagementservice: This is my analysis on XAUUSD on the 12 hour timeframe To begin with we can see how price was trading within bearish market structure forming lower lows followed by lower highs. This is visually represented by the descending channel We then saw a break away from this market structure with a strong bullish impulse move forming a new higher high within the market. This is the confirmation that we are now in bullish market structure where I will be looking for buy positions Using chart patterns we can see how price is forming an inverse head and shoulders pattern which is a bullish reversal pattern within the market.
