this doesnt make any sense if dairy is bad for bloating then why mention Greek yogurt, dont get me wrong but yes it does help with protein and lose weight but that also has dairy, no?

i using soda diet drinks,lot of milk products ,never beeen bloated. lot of rafined sugar and calorie surplus gets you bloated if you doing nothing.
