Hey girl! I believe your Canadian; pack more pads for yourself as the hospitals don’t provide many and make sure to pack your own diapers and baby wipes for your baby.

You should deff bring your own pillow the hospital ones are like air & blanket , you get labour shivers sometimes and having your own blanket makes it so cozy!

I’d bring a big water bottle. Also, Gatorade or any see through drink, that was the only type of drink they told me I could have while in labour. And good luck mama!
