mine has 300,000 no rattling and no sludge, I flush my engine with tranny fluid, seafoam, and other engines flushes

Bought an 05 f150 new , with a 3valve Triton, change oil regularly, no problems whatsoever, this happens when you get a customer that changes his oil once every 10 yrs
