Me as an RN calling the night shift provider after they told me to stay in my lane and they’re the provider. 😂😂😂 “Oh hey, look at that, the imaging/blood work/whatever test showed what I said it would. Now get back up here and assess the patient before you put in the med/etc orders I asked for earlier.” (Most of our providers are awesome, it’s the NPs who didn’t practice as RNs long enough before going to NP school that I have problems with.)
