Place the turkey breasts directly on the smoker grate and smoke for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). 7. During the final 30 minutes, brush with melted butter and BBQ sauce if using for a glossy finish. 8. Continue cooking until the thickest part reaches 165°F (74°C). 9. Remove the turkey from the smoker and loosely cover with foil. 10. Let the meat rest for 15-20 minutes to keep the juices inside. 11. Slice against the grain into thick, juicy slices. 12.
