Important note: just like any other thoughts, flashback of “past” memories that just APPEAR to you have no authority over you! The ego loves pulling that past out as “proof” hahah, but just like any other thoughts or feelings, they can’t tell you anything about you. Don’t fight the flashbacks off, but rather understand that you ultimately decide what is true for you and this human experience. Also, every second is new. The past does not determine who you are, unless you allow it to 🥰

I find the thought and knowing of ‘everything is happening right now’ so comforting. Like, having a bad day? Take yourself into your 4D and picture you’re having the absolute best day with your favourite people and know it’s happening right now. I love that!
