Rosemary and rice water is great for hair. Soak a handful of rice in water for thirty minutes, strain it, then simmer the rice water with a few rosemary sprigs for fifteen minutes. Let it cool, strain again, and it's ready to use as a rinse after shampooing. It strengthens hair and promotes growth. Want the exact ratios? Yes.
