This may be a hot take but I think that the ultimate edition is just fabricated. What I mean by that is that they initially wanted to sell the game at 100 dollars without an ultimate edition but they knew that there would be an uproar for selling it at that price, so what do they do? They offer up a stripped down version of the game and try to tell you, “this is the base game, you’re not missing out on anything, trust us” meanwhile, the “ultimate” edition is the full game with everything included but now, they have a justification to charge that much for the full game. But I know this is just gonna fall on deaf ears so who cares? Cause as many have said it already “I don’t care how much it is, I’m paying it” 🤷

Those shops you get with ultimate edition are your own special exclusive shops. You’ll still have access to normal versions of those just like gta 5, so don’t worry.
