Ticks are awful every year but even more so this year it feels like! Best wishes on all of your health issues you’re coping with. ( my grandson was diagnosed positive yesterday for Lyme ) it’s hit him hard. Praying the doxy gets him and you back on your feet soon! 🙏❤️

Definitely a lipoma on the neck just get it removed. Has nothing to do with thyroid. I’ve had one removed it’s nbd. The tick bite make sure you take the doxycycline.
