Fuck thats smart actually. I thought of saving 90% bottles by just doing ten groups, but thats linear so a completely wrong approach. I ditched the exponential approach as soon as I saw the time Limit, which in hindsight was pretty dumb, as the rat-checks could have just run in parallel. I get why the solution works though

Since you have only 24 hours to do it and the rats did jn 24 hrs, it can’t be done unless is done in one minute simultaneously. Maybe only through quantum entanglement.

you said a single drop kills a test rat in 24 hours, if you have 24 hours to finish it then as soon as the timer starts you loose taking into account how long it takes for rats to not only find it but also drink it. So it will be time of rats to find bottle + 24 hours which means mission failed
