question. I did this on accident with my klow and it instantly turned clear liquid instead of blue...have you had this happen? I figured it was because I filled it too fast?

Avoid vigorous shaking, as some peptides can be sensitive to agitation and may lose activity....why does it say this then?

Yes thank you. The only reason why shaking is somewhat bad is it can create bubbles making it harder to draw up. So let it sit an extra min.
