i rly wish they incorporated this sort of information more overly in at least gcse bio. i learnt of the digestive system and functions of basic hormones but this acirally useful application of knowledge should be publicly endorsed to help kids be ‘schooled’ more effectively to go beyond just fitness but health, nutrition etc

I was really upping my running and depleted my glycogen stores (according to chat GPT) for the first time I really noticed, about a month ago and I crashed. It scared me. I was so tired. This is so helpful. I’m still scared to do that again.
