Y’all do know you blood type plays a big part in how strong you stomach acid is!! I have low acidity which means my body can’t really break down certain foods. I learned this from nursing school and looking at my blood work while I was pregnant!!! So digestive enzymes are good for ppl like me etc. i have AB positive blood type btw. I love burgers but the ground beef is really hard for my body to digest!!

I don't think you did, I also don't really care but I will say that if the whole point of a video is to prove that you didn't put anything in the pudding, but you started the video with the pudding open and already putting it onto the cups so that kind of defeats the purpose and having no cuts, proves nothing because of how you started the video

Guys just because it breaks your food down quicker doesn’t mean youre missing out on the nutrients that comes from whatever food you eat, youre still getting everything thats in the food its just helping break down your food which could be a benefit for most people with slower metabolisms.
