For all those wonder why "She owed money" at the end. here's the answer: most servers will keep their own cash, essentially imagine a cash register in your own pocket. anytime a customer pays in cash that cash goes into the servers pocket too. at the end of the night the computer will print off a receipt and will tell the server the total CASH food sales that she owes the restaurant from her pocket.

I have fired sooo many managers for doing this. You have my utmost respect for your work ethic, your kindness, & your amazing attitude! You know your worth, & you refuse to let anyone walk all over you. I’d hire you in a heart beat as a bar manager.

No. You update the schedule to be within my availability and you repost it. I’m not taking a verbal confirmation from nobody because at the end of the day you’re responsible for that shift. I also stopped halfway through so there’s that too
