part 1 Dio genuinelt felt way more unstoppable and an actual threat than part 3 Dio, part 3 Dio just seems like an evil nuisance with the introduction of stands and all that, what made Dio scary in part 1 is like he had a counter to his only weakness😭😭

he wasn't scary cuz we saw him through jotaros eyes in his mind dio was just a weak pathetic nuisance he saw him for what he is in part 1 we witness his actions through Johnathan perspective although he might not seem like ot Johnathan was scared of dio he was terrified of his unhinged and unpredictable nature he saw someone who was like a brother to him for years poison and kill his father with cold blood he saw a man so unhinged he would anything to make his life a living hell
