hey my love, cosmetic nurse here. i would genuinely say i see this alot. especially these days with people chasing "glass skin" and layering actives and unnecessary products ontop of one another ultimately breaking down their skin barrier and blocking pores. I would definately strip everything bsck to a simple routine and start building that barrier up. I'd use a good cleanser and build uo tolerance to finacea and ultimately a good retinal later down the track. I'd be happy to give you some advice if you want.

It’s a sign to go down to the bare minimum. Face wash and barrier repair moisturizer. Seems like long term habits built up over time, you once had resilient skin, but now your barrier is compromised. I’m going through the same thing.

İt is normal to have it. Bcuz we are human being. We have health, harmonies, feeling etc. Having the acne or some skin issue it is so okay. This is part of human being. We need adjust us and repairing.
