My dog is a rescue and also hates the rain (or if he thinks it’s raining) so I go out with him and if it’s raining I literally hold an umbrella over him like he’s the king of England but whatever

My dog refuses to go outside if it’s raining even if it’s barely drizzling. Sometimes she fully goes stiff to not go out. It stresses me out leaving in the morning not knowing she didn’t go potty even though I know she won’t go inside. I just don’t want her uncomfortable

maybe she genuinely doesn’t have to go? my dog likes to eat first too sometimes or just chill out with me. I don’t force her if she doesn’t have to go lol

I’ve just started feeding my dog first thing and then letting him out 🙃 if I let him out first he also sits by the door and stares at me like it’s impossible to potty on an empty stomach 😂

My dog is very particular too! I had to get a toddler silicone bowl for her to eat out of. I finally figured it out though and you will too! You have great intuition for your midgy girl!

My bully girl is the same. Same exact behavior morning and night. We take a flashlight at night as long as she doesn't see the scary flashlight she goes. ugh...but we love her.

Having the same issue with my dog!! Except he is not food motivated and just wants to play with his ball. He literally won’t poop when I know he has to bc he just wants to play
