you gotta prepare them properly. escargot are a top 3 meal for me. my grandmother was from France, she would make some every Christmas for the family. I miss her escargot almost as much I miss her.

I'm surprised. escargot is normally marinated with garlic and quite tender. I suspect your palette is far more tolerant than mine.
