You might think you need to go running to the doctor for a diagnosis, but often there are tests you can do right at home to help you figure out what is going on and how to address it. 💯💪 It may be coming from Rotator Cuff impingement or your AC joint. Here’s a quick test to help you narrow it down: - Stand upright and place your right index finger on your left shoulder. - Lift your right elbow up. - It should come up pain free with good ROM (that isn’t stolen from your rib cage!)
