Neither Clark or Thomas has the ball when it happened, so not a basketball play, and Thomas made contact with Clark's throat. Flagrant 2 all day. Unlike later in the game when Boston had the ball and made contact with Cooper's throat and it was assessed a flagrant 1.

Her hand was on the side of her neck not her throat she was trying to catch her balance, one fever player tackled a player to the floor and wasn't suspended, Sofie Cunningham should have been suspended for about 10 incidents if that's the case
