warm water yeast and sugar to feed the yeast and make it bloom... then flour. we make bagels with yogurt or cottage cheese and bread flour

Try to do a few tablespoons less of flour your dough will be easier to shape because it has a higher hydration ❤️I have a few different bagel recipes and I do it with every one of them always easy to work with
